Ericia is a seasoned expert in corporate philanthropy, community engagement, and social impact. She has over ten years of experience as a non-profit leader, most recently as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Engagement & Special Events at Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-GNY), an affiliate of a national organization that serves over 1.5 million people each year. She prides herself on leading strategic initiatives to make a meaningful and lasting impact, with expertise in creating and developing partnerships across sectors, data analysis, revenue increase strategies, event planning, and advocacy messaging. Throughout her career, she has successfully raised over $25 million.
Ericia is also involved in various organizations, serving as a Board Member, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Committee Co-Chair, and Strategic Plan Task Force Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals-New Jersey (AFP-NJ), as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Member at VOA-GNY. She has a highly analytical mind and uses it to lead teams, mentor non-profit leaders, and speak at engagements such as the Today Show, NBC, NYSE, and galas.
Apart from her professional work, Ericia founded a social enterprise aimed at empowering underrepresented women in Colombia to access market opportunities for a brighter future.

Jacob is a dreamer and a doer. Throughout his career, he has founded and led companies across various industries as a CEO and COO. He has managed teams as large as 118, developed patented technology, secured millions in funding, established sales channels with enterprise deals worth $20 million, and launched numerous products for billion-dollar companies. Jacob has also served on 5 Boards of Directors, managed 12+ international supply chains, and operated a nationwide real estate company. Additionally, he has been a keynote speaker at international summits, won global innovation competitions, and overseen influencer rosters with 500M+ followers.
Jacob excels at identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement to streamline operations, develop efficient systems, and quickly identify the root causes of problems for scalable solutions. His expertise lies in driving growth, forming partnerships, and crafting strategic plans.
